AI will not replace coaching businesses, service-based businesses, or education-based businesses. But here’s the truth most people aren’t saying: those who learn how to infuse their authentic brand message and story into AI will replace the ones who don’t.
I’ve seen this firsthand while consulting for companies across coaching, education, and service industries. When entrepreneurs use AI the right way, it amplifies their message and helps them stand out in a noisy world. When they use it the wrong way—sloppy, cookie-cutter, “AI slop” style—they disappear into the background.
This isn’t about fearmongering. It’s about evolution. Markets get more sophisticated. Trends shift fast. What worked a few months ago may be outdated today. The businesses that adapt and infuse their authentic voice into their systems and marketing will rise. The ones that don’t? They’ll get drowned out.
Let’s break down how to avoid being replaced, and instead, use AI and messaging to dominate.
The Big Booms of 2024–2025
Someone asked me recently: “What do you see as the big booms of 2024–2025 in health, wealth, and happiness?”
Here was my take:
Health: Peptides, wearables, recovery tech, biohacking. People are shifting from chasing simple fat loss to pursuing performance longevity—superhuman health.
Wealth: AI (obviously)… but not just using it. The real boom is in who controls the message and distribution with AI. Those who blend storytelling with AI tools will win.
Happiness: Community. After COVID, people realized freedom, wealth, and health mean little without belonging. Live events, masterminds, and shared experiences are booming because people crave connection and tribe.
So where does that leave us? If you’re in business, you need to understand these shifts and position yourself accordingly. Especially in the wealth category, where AI and messaging converge.
Why Authenticity > Attention
For years, attention was the holy grail. Today, authenticity has become the new currency.
Anyone can buy attention. But the right attention only comes from showing up with realness. Your story. Your message. Your unique perspective.
AI can amplify, but only if you bring something real to the table.
Creating Community (and Why It Matters for Business)
Quick story: I recently hosted a mastermind on a boat. We went wake surfing, masterminded in an incredible house on the Intracoastal, and spent two days in deep connection. People walked away buzzing—not just with strategies, but with belonging.
That’s the future. Whether it’s a live mastermind, a one-day meetup, or even renting a boat with clients—community multiplies results. It keeps clients longer, helps them implement faster, and makes your brand unforgettable.
The Messaging Gap (and Why Most Coaches Miss It)
Here’s the brutal truth: most content and ads look exactly the same. Scroll Facebook. Check YouTube. Dive into the Ads Library. You’ll see nearly identical headlines, promises, and hooks.
Why? Because AI is churning out copy-and-paste content that feels the same. That’s what I call AI slop.
You’ve seen it—generic posts riddled with em dashes, overused phrasing, and no real human spark.
But here’s the advantage: when you bring clarity of message, you stand out.
An authentic message means:
You know exactly who your ideal client is.
You know the real problem they’re facing (not just surface-level).
You know their symptoms, their thoughts, their language.
And you can articulate it so clearly they instantly assume you have the solution.
That’s power. That’s messaging.
Big Ideas That Cut Through the Noise
It’s not enough to say, “I help people lose weight” or “I help people grow their business.” Everybody says that. You need a Big Idea that positions you as different.
Back in my fitness coaching days, everyone was talking about “broken metabolisms.” Clients would say, “My metabolism is slow. It’s broken.” And when I tried to argue with science, they didn’t care. They just wanted a solution.
So I created the Stubborn Fat Solution.
I reframed the conversation around “eating right” vs. “eating healthy.” That idea landed. People said, “I’m eating healthy… but maybe I’m not eating right.” And boom—the hook worked. Hundreds of clients. Hundreds of thousands in revenue.
Today, I do the same with messaging. My Magic Messaging Framework is my Big Idea. It fixes the words you’re using in your marketing so you can convert content into clients. Simple. Clear. Powerful.

The GPT Sandwich Method
So how do we blend AI and messaging without falling into slop? Enter my GPT Sandwich Method.
Here’s how it works:
Step 1: The First 10% (Ideation)
Use AI as your brainstorming partner. Talk to it. Voice note into it. Share your concept. Have it bounce back potential hooks, titles, or angles. But you bring the raw thought.
Step 2: The 80% (Execution)
This is where the work gets done.
Sometimes AI drafts it for you (emails, posts, outlines).
Sometimes you draft it and use AI for structure.
Either way, you step in here and make it your own. Rewrite. Adjust. Remove AI quirks (like random questions or endless em dashes). Write it how you would actually say it.
Step 3: The Final 10% (Refinement)
Now use AI (or your own editing) to clean it up. Tighten sentences. Cut fluff. Improve flow. Add polish. Think of it as formatting and sharpening your story—not rewriting your voice.
That’s the sandwich. 10% ideation. 80% execution. 10% refinement.
From One Video to Dozens of Assets
Here’s how I scale content without burning out:
I record a YouTube video, podcast, or workshop.
I feed the transcript into AI.
I prompt it: “Maintain my exact voice, cadence, word choice, and tone. Create an email from this transcript.”
Then I repurpose that into an Instagram carousel, a blog, a short video, etc.
I apply the GPT Sandwich to keep it authentic.
Now one piece of content fuels an entire ecosystem.
And when paired with tools like Opus (for reels) or Descript (for editing), you can create endless high-quality content without drowning in work.
The Real Advantage: Controlling Message + Distribution
Here’s my prediction: The future doesn’t belong to the best AI users. It belongs to the people who can merge authentic messaging with AI distribution.
If you can:
Control the story.
Control the message.
Control the systems of distribution.
…then you win. Period.
Everyone has access to the same AI tools. The playing field is even. What sets you apart is your message and your ability to weave that message into everything you create.
That’s how you avoid being replaced. That’s how you rise above AI slop. That’s how you dominate in 2024 and beyond.
Final Thoughts
AI won’t replace coaches. But coaches who don’t adapt will get left behind.
The key? Authenticity, messaging, and community.
