Let me show you exactly how I consistently get clients every single month for my online coaching business—without DMing 50 people a day, hiring appointment setters to pretend they’re me, or running paid ads.

No tricks. No gimmicks. Just the honest breakdown of what actually works.

Why This Isn’t Another "Secret Funnel" Pitch

Let’s get one thing straight: this isn’t a bait-and-switch where I pretend to give you the goods, then pivot to pitch some secret funnel. You know I run an education and consulting business. If you vibe with me and I can solve your problem, cool. If not, that’s cool too.

What I am going to do is walk you through exactly why I no longer cold DM, why I fired my appointment setter, and how I consistently attract clients who are ready to work with me.


The Journey: From Burnout to Inbound

From $200 in the Bank to a Thriving Gym

Let’s rewind. In 2019, I had a fitness center in South Florida, one of the most competitive markets out there. But I didn’t start with a fancy setup. I had $200 in my account, no car, and a bike.

Literally, I was riding around with cones and weights in a backpack hosting bootcamps.

I grew that gym through sheer grit: networking, speaking, running ads, and community engagement. We eventually built a base of 300+ members and served over 3,000 people.

Going Online... Then Burning Out

When COVID hit in 2020, I went fully online and sold the gym. What worked back then was simple volume:

  • Content posts

  • DM everyone who liked or commented

  • Book 10-min triage calls

  • Send applications and VSLs

  • Close on 60-min sales calls

At the time, I even hired an appointment setter to do the DM grind and run the triage calls.

And yeah—it worked. But it didn’t feel good.

Why I Fired My Setter

I started to feel burned out. More importantly, I felt inauthentic.

Having someone pretend to be me in the DMs? Felt like starting client relationships with a lie.

And even though my coach said, "This is what you gotta do," something in me knew: there had to be another way.

So, I fired my setter. I doubled down on video, live content, and what I now call conversion content campaigns.

The result? More inbound leads. More aligned clients. Way less stress.

Messaging is the Real Secret Sauce

Why Content Alone Isn't Enough

Everyone posts. Everyone talks.

But few actually resonate.

It wasn’t just that I was doing live videos. It was that my messaging finally landed. People were DMing me saying:

“Hey man, I saw your video and it really hit home. How do I work with you?”

Because I wasn’t just making noise. I was:

  • Speaking to real pain points

  • Using language my dream clients already used

  • Offering a new belief system

Resonance Over Vanity

I don’t care about vanity metrics.

I don’t need 10,000 followers. I’d rather have depth with 10 people than surface-level reach with 10,000.

You build trust by being real, clear, and consistent.


The Birth of the System

From Accidental Results to Intentional Strategy

In 2021, I had a guy named Leo from a mastermind ask, "Dude, what are you doing to get all these clients?"

I didn’t even have an offer or a course at the time.

But I showed him what I was doing:

  • Going live weekly

  • Hosting free trainings

  • Telling real stories

  • Offering my perspective

He went from $1.5k/month to $26k, then $33k/month in a matter of weeks.

Then another coach joined. Then another.

Before I knew it, I’d made $140,000 from a method I hadn’t even named yet.

It all stemmed from messaging, story, and consistent video content.

The Big Shift: From Teaching to Transforming

AI made information a commodity.

Your clients can Google your tips. They can ask ChatGPT for a plan.

What they can’t get is:

  • Your perspective

  • Your co-creation

  • Your truth and belief in them

That’s what they’re paying for.

They want someone to shortcut their path, hold them accountable, and speak the truth.


Let’s Get Tactical: How the System Works

Step 1: Nail Your Messaging

Your messaging must:

  • Speak to your dream client’s real problems

  • Reflect how they actually talk

  • Position your unique method as the breakthrough

Ask yourself:

  • Are you saying the right thing to the right person in the right way?

  • Are you meeting people where they are, not where you want them to be?

Important: Speak to the symptoms they feel today, then guide them to your deeper solution.

Step 2: Create Demand With Conversion Content Campaigns

Once your messaging is dialed in, we need to create intentional demand.

I teach this through what I call Conversion Content Campaigns. Here’s the structure:

  • Hook: Attention-grabbing and emotionally relevant

  • Story or Unique Insight: Something real, something different

  • Offer: Free training, masterclass, challenge, or VSL

Repeat this at least once a month.

You don’t need more volume. You need more intentionality.

Step 3: Stay Diverse With Your Content

We use 4 core content buckets:

  1. Connection – Share your values, beliefs, lifestyle

  2. Influence – Shift beliefs, bust myths, change minds

  3. Authority – Show proof, thought leadership, insight

  4. Conversion – Clear CTAs with purpose

Diversity + storytelling + realness = resonance.

Step 4: Use a Value-First Conversion System

Your content must lead to a value-first conversion process:

  • Workshop

  • Masterclass

  • VSL

  • Low-ticket offer

But here’s the key:

Your conversion mechanism isn’t just about selling your program.

It must sell 4 beliefs:

  1. A new belief that challenges the old way

  2. An aspirational identity they want to become

  3. Your unique mechanism (why your way is different)

  4. Social proof that builds trust

You do that? You sell without selling.

And when they feel the shift internally, they reach out.


My Business Now: Simple, Profitable, Aligned

In 2023, I was making $100k+ months but hated my business:

  • Appointment setters

  • VA firms

  • Assistant coaches

  • Broken margins

Now?

  • Just me, a VA, and a part-time video editor

  • 90–95% profit margins

  • No burnout

  • Aligned and happy

Burned the bro-scale model to the ground. Built something that actually fits my life.


Final Thought: Why This Works Now More Than Ever

Google ran a study that said people need 7 hours of content before buying.

That means:

  • Short-form is not enough

  • Reels build awareness, not trust

  • Masterclasses, YouTube, and podcasts are king

When you:

  • Nail your messaging

  • Create demand intentionally

  • Stay diverse in content

  • Have a value-first conversion system

You build a business that attracts clients, not chases them.
