Let me share something I’ve been observing…

Not just from the outside looking in…

…but from actually being in the trenches—building, testing, scaling.

We’re not just in a “new phase” of business.

We’re in a completely different game.

And if you don’t understand this shift…

You’re going to feel like you’re doing everything right

…but still not getting the results you want.


The AI Era Isn’t Killing Your Business…

But It Is Exposing It

Right now, everyone is scrambling.

Trying to figure out:

  • How to use AI

  • How to automate content

  • How to stay relevant

  • How to not get replaced

And yeah… there’s a lot of fear.

A lot of uncertainty.

But here’s the truth…

AI isn’t the problem.
It’s revealing the real problem.

Information is now completely commoditized.

Google alone shows that there are over 1.2 billion posts being published every single day.

Think about that for a second.

Your audience can pull out their phone…

…and find answers to almost anything in seconds.

So if your entire strategy is based on:

  • Teaching

  • Educating

  • Sharing “value”

You’re competing in a market where value is free, instant, and everywhere.


We’ve Moved From the Attention Economy… to the Right Attention Economy

For years, everyone was obsessed with:

“Just get attention.”

Go viral.
Post more.
Hook harder.
Be louder.

But now?

Attention is cheap.

You can:

  • Boost a post

  • Run ads

  • Do something entertaining

  • Get views

But that doesn’t mean you’re getting buyers.

And that’s where most people get stuck.


The Real Game: Right Attention

Not all attention is equal.

In fact…

Most attention is worthless.

Because it’s not from people who are:

  • Ready

  • Qualified

  • Aligned

  • Willing to buy

So the question isn’t:

“How do I get more attention?”

The question is:

“How do I attract the RIGHT people?”


The Micro Brand Strategy (This Changes Everything)

What I’m seeing right now…

The people who are actually winning…

They’re not trying to build massive audiences.

They’re building what I call:

A Micro Brand

And here’s what that looks like:

  • 2,000 to 20,000 people

  • Highly specific

  • Highly aligned

  • Highly engaged

Not just followers…

Buyers.

Fans.

Advocates.


This Isn’t New… It’s Just More Relevant Than Ever

There’s a concept from Kevin Kelly called “1,000 True Fans.”

The idea was simple:

If you had 1,000 people who truly loved what you did…
You could build a full career.

Now?

In the coaching world…

You don’t even need that many.

Because:

  • Your offers are higher ticket

  • Your impact is deeper

  • Your relationships are stronger

That’s why I say:

2,000 right people can build a serious business.
20,000 right people can build an empire.


The Megaphone vs. The Dog Whistle

This is the best analogy I’ve heard to explain what’s happening right now.

Imagine you’re in Times Square…

New Year’s Eve…

Thousands of people.

Everyone yelling.

That’s the megaphone approach.

You’re trying to talk to everyone.

And what happens?

Nobody really hears you.


Now imagine you had a dog whistle.

You blow it…

Only dogs respond.

That’s it.

That’s the entire game right now.

Most people are shouting into the void…
The best marketers are speaking directly to their people.


Step 1: Say the Right Words (In the Right Way, In the Right Order)

This is where everything starts.

Messaging.

Positioning.

If this is off…

Nothing else works.


You Need to Understand Your Dream Client Deeply

Not surface level.

Not generic.

I’m talking about:

  • Their exact pain points

  • Their current situation

  • What they’re frustrated with

  • What they’ve already tried

The more specific you get…

The more powerful your message becomes.


Then You Need to Understand Their Limiting Beliefs

This is huge.

Because most people don’t have a:

  • Strategy problem

  • Information problem

They have a belief problem.

They think:

  • “This won’t work for me”

  • “I need more experience”

  • “The market is too saturated”

And if you don’t address that…

They won’t move.


Then You Identify What Needs to Shift

This is where real marketing happens.

Not:

  • Tips

  • Tactics

  • “5 ways to…”

But:

Changing the way someone thinks.

Because when beliefs shift…

Behavior follows.


Step 2: Learn How to Influence (Not Just Teach)

This is where most coaches fall apart.

They think:

“If I just give enough value… people will buy.”

That’s not how it works.


There Are People In Your Audience Right Now…

Who are ready to buy.

They are already spending money.

They are already investing.

Just not with you.


Let me give you a real example.

I had a client who had:

  • 4,500 leads in their CRM

  • 8,000 Instagram followers

  • Consistent ad spend

And they weren’t converting.

Their assumption?

“We need more leads.”

No.

They didn’t need more leads.

They needed to go deeper with the leads they already had.


What We Did

We:

  • Refined their messaging

  • Improved their emails

  • Shifted their content strategy

  • Focused on influence (not just information)

And within 60 days…

They 2.5x’d their business.

No new leads.

Just better communication.


This Is The Key

Influence creates demand.
Information just creates awareness.

And awareness doesn’t pay you.


Step 3: Build an Ecosystem (Not Just Content)

This is where things start to scale.

Because content alone isn’t enough.

You need a system.


The 3 Layers of a Real Content Ecosystem

1. Top of Funnel (Attention + Connection)

Platforms like:

  • Instagram

  • Facebook

This is where you:

  • Attract

  • Relate

  • Build trust


2. Middle of Funnel (Depth + Authority)

Platforms like:

  • Email

  • YouTube

  • Podcast

This is where you:

  • Go deeper

  • Expand ideas

  • Build authority


3. Bottom of Funnel (Conversion)

This is where you:

  • Host workshops

  • Run masterclasses

  • Use VSLs

This is where people make decisions.


Why This Matters

Google found that the average buyer needs:

  • 7 hours of content

  • 11 touchpoints

  • 4 different platforms

Before they buy.

If you’re only posting on one platform…

And expecting sales…

That’s why it feels inconsistent.


You Don’t Just Attract Buyers… You Create Them

This is the part most people miss.

You don’t wait for people to be ready.

You make them ready.

Through:

  • Messaging

  • Influence

  • Repetition

  • Depth


Most Coaches Stay Here (And Get Stuck)

  • Posting tips

  • Sharing value

  • Staying surface level

And then wondering:

“Why isn’t this converting?”

Because you’re not:

  • Shifting beliefs

  • Building trust at depth

  • Creating a buying environment


The Real Game in 2026 (And Beyond)

It’s not about:

  • Posting more

  • Working harder

  • Using more AI

Because anyone can do that now.


The Game Is This:

  • Say the right things

  • To the right people

  • In the right way

  • In the right sequence

While:

  • Shifting beliefs

  • Building trust

  • Creating demand

Inside a system that:

  • Nurtures

  • Deepens

  • Converts


This Is How You Become “In Demand”

Not by being everywhere.

But by being relevant to the right people.

Not by going viral.

But by becoming:

Unavoidable to your audience.


Final Thought

We’re in a world now where:

  • Anyone can create content

  • Anyone can use AI

  • Anyone can share information

But very few people can:

Move people.

And that’s the skill.

That’s the edge.

That’s what separates:

  • The coaches who struggle…
    from

  • The ones who dominate


So remember this:

Your message matters now more than it ever has before.

Don’t water it down.

Don’t try to please everyone.

Don’t hide behind generic content.


Speak directly.
Be seen.
Be heard.
Be impactful.
