This Video Strategy Made Me 7 Figures (And It Wasn’t the Video)

I’m going to walk you through a couple videos that generated over $22,000 in cash from a single video.

But here’s the part most people miss:

It wasn’t the video itself that made the money.
It was what I did during and after the video that actually generated the sales.

And over time, I’ve taken this exact same skill I’m about to break down for you…

…and used it to generate over $100,000 from a single video.

  • Views: 1,200

  • Comments: 105

  • Inbound DMs: 15

  • Cash Generated: $22,000

Not viral.

Not massive reach.

But highly profitable.

Why?

Because of what I said in the video…
And what I did after the video.


The $33K Month (And Why the Yellow Dress Didn’t Matter)

Another example…

  • Video Title: Get a Body Like Beauty Without Feeling Hungry Like the Beast

  • Views: ~3,300

  • Comments: 318

  • DMs: ~14–15

  • Cash Collected That Month: $33,000

Yes—I wore a yellow dress in the video.

No—that’s not what made the money.

Maybe it helped me be more me

Maybe it made me more authentic

But the revenue didn’t come from that.

It came from the messaging, the belief shifts, and the strategy after the video.

The Real Skill: Shifting Beliefs

If you want to make money from content…

You need to learn how to:

Shift what people believe to be true.

Step 1: Say The Right Words (In The Right Way, Order, and Context)

This is where it all starts.

Right words. Right way. Right order. Right people.

There is a sequence to this.

And when you get this right…

Everything else gets easier.


The Jay Abraham Principle

There’s a famous marketer, Jay Abraham, who said:

“If you can articulate the problem better than your ideal client…
they’ll assume you have the solution.”

That’s the game.


Part 1: Tap Into Their Struggle Story

You need to deeply understand:

  • Their pains

  • Their frustrations

  • Their complaints

  • Their limiting beliefs

  • What they’ve already tried

And not in a generic way…

But in a specific, emotional, real-world way.


The Dog Whistle Analogy

Imagine Times Square on New Year’s Eve.

Everyone is shouting.

That’s the internet right now.

Now imagine…

You blow a dog whistle.

Only dogs turn.

That’s what great messaging does.

It filters out everyone else…
And only attracts your ideal client.


Part 2: Shift The Right Beliefs

This is what actually drives conversion.

In my case…

Instead of teaching:

“Eat healthy”

I shifted the belief to:

“You don’t need to eat healthy… you need to eat RIGHT.”

Then I:

  • Explained what “eating right” actually means

  • Shared stories of my own realization

  • Showed client transformations

So instead of:

“Here’s how to lose 10 pounds…”

It became:

“Here’s why everything you’ve been told is wrong… and what actually works.”

That creates:

Curiosity → Emotion → Action


Step 2: Stop Posting Content… Start Creating Demand

Most people are stuck here:

  • Posting content

  • Trying to go viral

  • Running ads

But not making money.

Why?

Because they’re not creating demand.


Real Example: The “Leads But No Sales” Problem

I had a client:

  • Running Facebook ads

  • Using GoHighLevel

  • Had thousands of leads

But…

Sales were going down.

They were literally:

Getting more attention… and making less money.

Because:

Attention ≠ Demand


The Content Triangle (Your Demand Engine)

If you want to create demand…

You need an ecosystem.

Think of it like this:

Now that people:

  • Know you

  • Trust you

  • Believe you

You need a place to convert them.

For me, that’s always been:

What Happens Inside The Video (That Drives Sales)

This is where most people mess up.

They think:

“I just need to give value.”

No.

You need to:

1. Hook attention

2. Tell stories

3. Shift beliefs

4. Provide evidence

5. Introduce your unique perspective


Your Unique Perspective Is The Differentiator

Because here’s the truth:

People can get information anywhere.

But they cannot get YOU anywhere.


Example: My Unique Mechanism

Instead of generic advice…

I introduced:

The Flex Fuel Nutrition Framework

Now it’s no longer:

  • Generic

  • Replaceable

  • Forgettable

Now it’s:

  • Branded

  • Memorable

  • Sellable


The Meta Example (Marketing Version)

In my workshop…

I didn’t just teach marketing.

I reframed it.

Old belief:

“Post more content. Get more leads.”

New belief:

“Fix your messaging. Shift beliefs. Create demand.”

That’s the shift.


Why This Works (And Why It’s More Important Than Ever)

We’re in a world where:

  • Everyone is “teaching”

Who can actually influence?

Because that’s what:

  • Multiple platforms

  • Consistent exposure


4. Use a conversion event

  • Live workshop

  • Masterclass

  • Webinar


5. Focus on influence, not information

  • Make them feel

  • Make them think

  • Make them act

If you take nothing else from this…

Take this:

Your content doesn’t need more reach.
It needs more influence.

Because when you learn how to:

  • Say the right words

  • In the right way

  • In the right order

  • To the right people

…you don’t need more views.

You need:

More belief shifts.


And when you do this right…

A 1,200 view video can make $22,000.

A live workshop can make $100,000+.

And your content stops being:

Noise…

…and starts becoming:

Demand.
